BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR
Annalisa Vozza is an Italian director based in Colombia who directed and produced several short films and documentaries in different regions of the world: Europe, the United States, Iran, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan, South America and Antarctica. In 2009, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue a MFA degree in Writing/Directing Fiction at The City College of New York. In 2011, she received the Directors Guild of America “Best Woman Student Filmmaker” Jury Award for her narrative short film “Alex”. Her films have been showcased at international film festivals and in the prestigious MAXXI museum in Rome.
