LONG SYNOPSIS

Monique is terminally ill and living in hospice care. When two close friends take her away, their actions initially seem like a kidnapping. But what appears alarming is an act of love: they are honoring Monique’s final wish. Together, they spend one last day outside the hospice, where she can dance in an open field and rest beneath the warmth of the sun. In these final moments of freedom, Monique is able to pass peacefully, on her own terms.
