SYNOPSIS
Anna, a young tour guide, brings yet another group of visiting Chinese tourists to the outlet malls. An interaction with one of the teen tourists leads her to question whether staying in the United States instead of returning home to China after college graduation was the right choice for her, her family, and her future.

BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR
New York based filmmaker, Chen Yang has been honing her skills in screenwriting and directing for the past several years. Upon receiving her MFA degree in Directing, her thesis short film Stranger toured the film festival circuit and was screened to the nationwide audience. The multicultural background has given Chen a unique perspective of observing human behavior and viewing the world. She believes in the commonness of mankind, and her goal as a filmmaker is to explore ways of transcending identity and culture while strengthening the authenticity of emotions. Chen is currently working on a feature-length script about her hometown in China.
