SYNOPSIS

At home, Carmen and her two children live in between the everyday life and the long for her husband absent, some alterations announces the family member returns, but just through the longing. After the returning and the goodbye, calm returns with the resignation.

BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR

Marco Salaverría
Venezuela, 1982
Marco Salaverría is a sound designer graduated from the International Film and
Television School EICTV-Cuba, in 2013. In 2015 and 2016 received the Fenix and
Platino awards for his work in Ciro Guerra’s Oscar nomenee film The embrace of the
serpent. He also worked with Guerra in his next movie Birds of passage. As sound
director and editor he participated in venezuelan films El Amparo (Robert Calzadilla.
Best movie in the Sindney International Latin Film Festival 2017) La Familia (Gustavo
Rondon. Biarritz and SanFic 2017) and as a sound designer in Freddie Marrero’s film
Filiberto (Coral Postproduction Award, Havana Film Festival 2016, Best Documentary
HFFNY in 2018)
