BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR
Emmanuel Blanchard, (Quito, 1984) is an editor, screenwriter and director.
He studied Cinema at University Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He directed five student shorts films before working as an editor and post-producer in features such as No Autumn, No Spring (2012) The Great Grandmother has Alzheimer (2012) Alfaro Vive Carajo (2015), Instantánea (2016), My Aunt Toty (2016), Siguiente Round (2018), Yo, Isabel (2019), The Beach of Enchaquirados (2021).
He is currently an associate producer of La República Invisible and is directing his first feature-length documentary, Motorcycle Fever.
