SYNOPSIS
Set in a timeless world, sparkling with the imagery and tone of by-gone glamour, and shot in the light of an eternal Golden Hour, Curtain Down is a metaphorical meditation exploring the life of evanescing star, Storme DuBois (Tristan Scott-Behrends). Forced to face a harsh new reality when her latest picture deal falls through, Storme’s handsome live-in assistant, James (Matthew Dunlop), adds insult to injury when he delivers the news that, with her money running out, he will soon have to leave her to work for girl-du-jour Huldah Stark (Django Stewart). Out of his unspoken love for her, James composes a song that he hopes will save Storme's career and their star-crossed love affair. Torn between her love for James and her undying ambition, Storme seeks the advice of her mystical Mentor (Margaret Cho) and decides to put her best foot forward—the show must, and will, go on.
