SYNOPSIS

AUTHENTIC is a short film by Sabelo Khomo that tells the gripping story of a young gay man, struggling to find acceptance in a hostile community and rejected by his own father, who casts him out. With nowhere to turn, he finds solace in the arms of his loving partner. But as he rebuilds his life, the scars of his past refuse to fade. This film is a heart-wrenching exploration of identity, family and the undying human spirit.
