SYNOPSIS
A quirky dancer lives in her vivid imagination and longs to be a dancer but her traditional Korean parents are more concerned with her marriage potential. As she escapes into her rich fantasy world, Alice is abruptly interrupted and has to navigate between fulfilling her parent’s expectations and bringing her own dreams to life.

BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR
Kari Lee Cartwright is a Los Angeles-based director, producer and actress. Her directing debut was the visually vibrant music video for Jane Lui's 'Southern Winds,' which recently got picked up for distribution on Virgin America's Boing Boing TV. As a producer, she won the LAwebfest best comedy series award for her show BoomChickBoom, in addition to winning best ensemble as a performer. She also wrote, produced and starred in the award winning short film "Driving Miss Crazy". Kari Lee is a Korean adoptee and was raised in the Pacific Northwest. She started her career in musical theatre (Cats, Miss Saigon, Making Tracks, Secret Garden) and will often employ musicality and movement into her work.
