Iqran Rasheed is young Pakistani filmmaker based in Brussels, Belgium. He graduated from Habib Univerity, Karachi in 2019 and has been working as a screenwriter, director, and a photographer. He got selected for Erasmus Mundus joint masters in 2021 and studying Documentary film direction in Europe. His interest lies in Gender and sexaulity and taboo practices. Before coming to Europe, Iqran worked on a few short films as writer and director. His film Aadat (Habit) talks about the queer life in Pakistan.

Short synopsis

Aadat is the story of a Pakistani boy who dares to hire a sex worker to explore his sexual orientation in an Islamic country.
